Staub Cookware Set 2 pcs.
When it comes to cast iron cookware, two essential items are the foundation of a well equipped kitchen: a cast iron pan and a cocotte. Together they cover almost all culinary needs. And with STAUB's new stackable edition, you can stack them neatly when not in use, so they take up as little storage space as possible while still looking good.
This cast iron set consists of a cocotte, a pan and a lid, each with a diameter of 24 cm. The scope of delivery includes a set of edge protectors, which must be placed between the pan and the cocotte for storage and removed before cooking. With their high-quality enamelled material, they combine the excellent cooking properties and durability of cast iron with the ease of use and beauty of enamelled cookware.
The cast iron pan is perfect for frying meat or fish, while the cocotte can be used to cook pasta or a tomato soup for an Italian meal. Of course, the cocotte can also be used in the oven for classic stews.
