Staub American square grill pan
For barbeque fans without a barbeque. For everything you like to eat: Meat, fish, poultry and vegetables with those much-loved roasting aromas for a barbeque feeling. The "grill strips" in the pan provide the typical barbeque effect and the pan is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction hob, and for use in the oven. Fat runs over the grooves onto the base of the pan, so that food is cooked to be low in fat and the juices can be collected to conjure up a tasty sauce. The short handle is easy to grip and makes the pan simple to use. The grill pan is made cast iron. It not only absorbs and retains heat well, the more often you use it, the better and better the cookware made of scratch-resistant cast iron becomes. Stylish cast iron on the outside, enamelled black on the inside.
Due to the high-quality materials, the grill pans from Staub are very robust, durable and at the same time easy to clean. They also look good and are therefore often used for serving.
