The pastry brush by Staub fulfills a variety of tasks in your kitchen. Applying oil or butter to cooking pans and baking sheets is just one of them. When making bread, cookies or pastries, the brush helps you to coat each baked item evenly with glaze or egg yolk to form a perfect crust. Made from black matte silicone, the pastry brush is heat resistant up to 220°C and gentle on non-stick coatings. Easy to clean and hygienic, there is no risk of bristles breaking or falling out.
