Staub grill pan round with two handles
Available in various sizes and two colors!
This STAUB grill pan makes meat crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Excess fat drips between the grooves in the base, so that you can prepare low-fat and therefore low-calorie dishes in this cast iron pan. The round grill pan from STAUB is particularly practical to use thanks to its two handles. The pan is enamelled on the inside to further enhance the good frying effect of cast iron. The natural flavour of meat unfolds particularly well on enamel. Enamel is also highly scratch-resistant and robust. This pan can be left on the hob after use to keep food hot.
Product features:
- Grill stripes thanks to the special grill structure of the pan
- Perfect juicy, tender frying for meat or vegetables
- Grill grooves collect the fat
- Suitable for use on all types of cooker, including induction hobs, as well as in the oven or on the barbeque
- Compact, easy to use and store
- Ideal for serving at the table
The advantages of cast iron
1. Whatever dishes you prepare, you can rely on delicious and nutritious results!
2. The strength and heat-retention properties of cast iron have been appreciated for millennia in the kitchens of Central Asia.
3. Casting iron is a carbon-rich iron alloy, one of the materials that retains heat best, diffuses it slowly and distributes it absolutely evenly.
4. Once cast iron is hot, its heat-retention properties allow you to turn the heat down to a minimum for gentle simmering and reduced energy consumption.
5. Cast iron also retains cold: refrigerate before serving and your cast iron product will remain cool at the table.
