Miyabi 5000MCD Nakiri

Nakiri – so nennt man in Japan einen Gemüseschneider. Und wie der Name bereits verrät, ist das traditionelle japanische Messer bestens zum Zerkleinern von Gemüse und Kräutern geeignet. Seine Form erinnert dabei an ein Hackbeil, sollte mit diesem aber nicht verwechselt werden. Die scharfe, fein ausgeschliffene Klinge ist nicht zum Hacken geeignet. Mit dem edlen Nakiri-Messer aus der MIYABI Serie 5000MCD zieht fernöstliche Ästhetik und Tradition in Ihre Küche ein. Den Kern aus MicroCarbide-Pulverstahl MC63 umgeben 100 Lagen Stahl in zwei verschiedenen Sorten von unterschiedlicher Härte. Zusätzlich wurde die 17 cm lange Klinge in dem speziell entwickelten CRYODUR Verfahren gehärtet. Die besondere Schärfe erhält das Nakiri-Messer durch den klassischen japanischen Honbazuke-Abzug, der eine symmetrische Schneide mit einem Winkel von ca. 19 Grad bietet. Der Griff aus Masur-Birke liegt nicht nur angenehm in der Hand – in dem sanften Hellbraun-Ton macht er aus dem Nakiri auch ein optisches Highlight.

HENCKELS on all questions concerning the marriage of Japanese knife tradition and western taste.
