MIYABI Toishi Pro ist ein synthetischer Keramikschleifstein. Basierend auf der Chosera-Serie von Naniwa, die weltweit zu den besten Schleifsteinen zählt, sorgt er durch den schnellen Materialabtrag fur sehr gute Schleifergebnisse. MIYABI Toishi Pro gibt es nach Bedarf in verschiedenen Körnungen . von F400, für größere Korrekturarbeiten u.a. bei Ausbrüchen in der Klinge, bis F5.000 für das finale Finish von hochster Scharfe.


Cooperation with famous ”Iron Chefs“

Chef Rokusaburo Michiba has assisted ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS in developing the MIYABI knives. HENCKELS on all questions concerning the marriage of Japanese knife tradition and western taste.
