Sharpen knives simply, safely and effectively with this knife sharpener and its two separate sharpening modules. Using its steel wheels module 1 is able to gently remove small damages from the edge. Module 2 gently smoothes the edge and restores the high sharpness. Moreover, the TWINSHARP Select is one of the few knife sharpeners that work for left- and right-handers alike.
IMPORTANT:
TWINSHARP knife sharpeners are not suitable for use with knives with Asian blades (e.g. Santoku knives) or serrated edges.
