It has a high-performance non-stick coating with a mineral-reinforced base layer. Your food slides easily onto the plate. The professional pans conduct the heat optimally and distribute it evenly to the edge. This is ensured by the 5-layer multi-layer material, consisting of stainless steel with a triple aluminum core. The sealed pan rim protects the aluminum core and guarantees a long service life of the pan. In addition, the pouring rim enables clean pouring.
