Die hohe Schule der perfekten Küche beginnt beim Braten. Da sind sicheres Gefühl für große Hitze und feine Justierung der Temperaturen gefragt. Die Vulcano Bratpfannen sind aus wärmeleitfähigem Mehrschichtmaterial oder Aluminium gefertigt, dazu kommt die hitzebeständige Antihaftbeschichtung. Der ergonomische Profistiel garantiert ein sicheres Handling. Ob heiß anbraten auf dem Herd oder gratinieren im Backofen - der Leidenschaft mit großem Feuer sind keine Grenzen gesetzt.

Produkteigenschaften:

Wärmeleitfähigkeit: 5 Schichten mit hervorragender Wärmeleitfähigkeit ermöglichen eine schnelle und gleichmäßige. i) Außenschicht aus induktionstauglichem Edelstahl 18/0, ii) dreifacher Aluminiumkern und iii) Edelstahlschicht 18/10 innen
Wärmeverteilung bis zum Pfannenrand. Für eine regelmäßige Bräunung ohne Anbrennüberraschungen.
Durit Resist 3-fach keramisch verstärkte Versiegelung: Auf mineralischer Basis entwickelte Antihaftbeschichtung – extrem hart und widerstandsfähig. Hohe Hitzebeständigkeit (250°C) und somit maximaler Schutz vor Überhitzung. PFOA-frei.
Passgenaue Glasdeckel: Kein Wärmeverlust, ideal zum Dünsten, Dämpfen und als Spritzschutz.
Geschlossener Pfannenrand: Keine Korrosion, garantiert lange Lebensdauer, dank Schüttrand punktgenaues und kleckerfreies Ausgießen.
Ergonomischer, wasserdichter Stiel, dauerhaft mit dem Pfannenkörper verschweißt.
