The history of the brand
It all started on June 13, 1731 in Solingen:
A small craft business registered the ZWILLING brand as a knife maker in what was then a small town. Because the stars are in the sign of Gemini, Peter Henckels has a clear name: ZWILLING. And the stars aligned favorably for the knife maker.
