Ballarini Salina Schmorpfanne Granitium beschichtet

BALLARINI is one of the leading brands of non-stick cookware. Drawing on technical and culinary traditions, Ballarini continues to develop creative solutions for contemporary cuisine. The brand combines the expertise of metal processing and non-stick coating with the enjoyment of Italian and international cuisine. In spring 2019, the range was expanded to include knives, rounding off the kitchen experience. To this day, the core of the company remains the Ballarini family, now in its fifth generation. Production for the global market takes place at the only production site in Italy. A wide range of aluminum pots and pans for private and professional users is one of BALLARINI's core competencies, as is the development and production of long-lasting coatings. Technical progress and ecological orientation are the focus.
HISTORY
It began in 1889 when Paolo Ballarini opened a metal utensil craft business. As the product range grew rapidly, the company decided in 1960 to concentrate on the production of non-stick pans and pots.
In 1960 the company decided to specialize in the production of non-stick cookware. As one of a few manufacturers, the company is now able to offer cookware with ceramic and classic PTFE coatings from its own production at just one location (Italy) for the global market.
In 2004, BALLARINI introduced the Thermopoint for optimal frying results and energy-saving cooking. Thanks to the constant focus on technical progress and the resulting equipping of production with new systems, the company can rely on a number of further innovations.
BALLARINI has been part of the ZWILLING Group since 2015 and complements its range with unique products and valuable know-how.
