It is made of high-quality stainless steel and makes high-gloss and matt surfaces meet elegantly. The shapely, ergonomic handle made of satined stainless steel ensures a particularly pleasant handling. The scoop is only flatly arched so you can pick up pot contents even close to the ground and the punctiform openings are small enough so that even fine food can be removed. For larger food, the skimmer is from the same series with larger openings.
