Geschichte
Das iSi Ursprungsunternehmen war die Karl Fischer-Pochtler GmbH. Als Carl Pochtler AG stellte sie schon im frühen 19. Jahrhundert erste Sodamaschinen her. Kernprodukt des Kulinarik-Geschäftsfeldes sind heute die CO2-Kapseln für die Sodawasserproduktion und N2O-Kapseln zur Erzeugung von Sahne, Suppen, Saucen und Schäumen.
