Mit dem Gyutoh besitzen Sie ein hochwertiges Präzisionsmesser, das durch authentische japanische Schärfe, eine hohe Funktionalität und ein reizvolles Design besticht. Die 24 cm lange Klinge des edlen Messers besteht aus 133 Lagen Damaszenerstahl und trägt das typisch zarte, florale Muster, das als Flower-Damast bezeichnet wird. Dieses Muster macht aus jedem Messer der Serie MIYABI 5000MCD 67 ein echtes Unikat.

Die Klinge wird mittels Eishärtung entscheidend veredelt: Hochwertiger Klingenstahl, der sich durch einen hohen Anteil an Kohlenstff auszeichnet, erhält durch dieses spezielle Härteverfahren besondere Qualitätsmerkmale wie Flexibilität und exakte Schneideigenschaften. Die CRYODOR® Klinge des Damastmessers erreicht eine Härte von herausragenden 66 HRC. Außerdem wird die Klinge beidseitig mit dem typisch japanischen und Honbazuke-Abzug versehen.

Der Griff des Gyutoh wird in traditioneller D-Form gefertigt und besteht aus einzigartigem Black-Ash-Holz, das einen besonders dekorativen Kontrast zu der stählernen Klinge bildet. Das edle Material und die angenehme Form des Griffes sorgen für eine optimale Ergonomie, die eine ausgewogene Balance und ermüdungsfreie Schneidarbeiten in der Küche ermöglichen. Mit diesem MIYABI 5000MCD 67 Präzisionsmesser gleiten Sie dank seiner unvergleichlichen Schärfe mühelos durch Fleisch sowie großes Gemüse und führen faserfreie und exakte Schnitte aus.

HENCKELS on all questions concerning the marriage of Japanese knife tradition and western taste.
