Sie kombiniert exzellente Antihaft-Eigenschaften mit Top-Performance und extremer Langlebigkeit: Sie ist bis zu fünfmal langlebiger als Zwillings bisherigen Keramikbeschichtungen. Durch den massiven Aluminium-Körper wird die Hitze in der Pfanne besonders schnell und gleichmäßig verteilt, damit keine Hot Spots entstehen. Die Bratpfanne in beliebter Granitium-Optik hat einen Kunststoffgriff, der ergonomisch in der Hand liegt und für mehr Sicherheit sorgt: Er bleibt auch bei längerem Braten angenehm kühl.
