Den Schnellkochtopf als Frittiertopf nutzen: Das richtige Zubehör für Dampfkochtöpfe macht’s möglich. Dieser Frittiereinsatz für den ZWILLING EcoQuick Schnellkochtopf ist ideal, um Speisen in siedendem Fett zuzubereiten – eine traditionelle Garmethode für z. B. Fleisch und Fisch, Gemüse und Teigwaren. Dazu wird der Topf grundsätzlich ohne Deckel verwendet, um das Fett, am besten ein hochwertiges Öl, auf ca. 170 Grad Celsius zu erhitzen. Mit dem Frittiereinsatz lassen sich die Zutaten nun in das Fett tauchen, rundherum goldbraun backen und anschließend schnell und sicher wieder entnehmen.
Eine Alternative zum klassischen Frittieren mit Fett stellt das Sieden in kochender Brühe dar, das sogenannte Brühe-Fondue. Hierfür kann der Frittiereinsatz ebenso verwendet werden.
