Das digitale Bratenthermometer PRIMUS von KÜCHENPROFI ermittelt die Kerntemperatur Ihres Fleischstücks, nachdem seine Spitze etwa mittig eingesteckt wurde. Die eingestellte Kerntemperatur erscheint rechts auf dem gut lesbaren Display, links ist zusätzlich die aktuelle Backofentemperatur vermerkt. Ein Signal verrät, wann die Kerntemperatur erreicht ist; so gehen Sie beim Sonntagsbraten oder dem saftigen Roastbeef auf Nummer sicher. Oder Sie verlassen sich auf Stoppuhr und Timer, bis das Prachtstück auf den Tisch oder das Buffet kommt.
