Staub Frying Pan cast iron
STAUB’s frying pan is made of cast iron and is therefore especially suitable for searing meat. Steaks, fillets and other cuts of meat quickly form a delicious crust and remain juicy inside. A cast iron pan can also be used for many other foods and you can cook vegetables or pancakes in it. With cast iron, the heat is distributed quickly to the edges, so that the entire contents of the pan are cooked evenly. The frying pan is also handy when you want to collect meat juices or any other liquids to make a sauce, since it has two spouts on its sides. You can use the round frying pan on any cooker as well as on any induction hob. This frying pan is enamelled in matt black on their inner side. The coating makes your food even more flavourful because the enamel enhances the food’s natural flavour. In addition, you can hang the pan directly in the kitchen, so it’s always within reach.
