Die 21 cm lange Klinge des Wetzstahles besteht aus geriffeltem, hoch karbonisiertem und hartverchromtem Stahl und ist daher stabil und robust. Die hoch veredelten Materialien garantieren einen überzeugenden Nachschärfegrad. So stehen Ihre Messer wieder schnell zum exakten und mühelosen Schneiden zur Verfügung.
Ein gutes Handling ist beim Messerschärfen besonders wichtig. Deshalb ist der Wetzstahl mit einem ergonomischen Kunststoffgriff ausgestattet. Der schwarze Griff liegt gut und sicher in der Hand. Der Handschutz trägt zur angenehmen Handhabung bei und verhindert ein Abrutschen der Finger. Mit dem handlichen Messerschärfer von ZWILLING bringen Sie vor allem Ihre kleineren Gemüse- oder Schälmesser wieder in Topform.
