Mit der runden, Pfanne von Staub können Hobbyköche ihre Familie und Profis ihre Gäste im Restaurant mit saftigen Fleischgerichten und knackigem Gemüse bekochen. Der glatte Innenboden erlaubt ein scharfes Anbraten mit wenig Fett. Überdies ist er pflegeleicht, was nach dem Kochen Arbeit spart. An den zwei kompakten Griffen greifen Sie die Pfanne sicher, um sie zum Wärmen in den Backofen oder zum Anrichten auf den Tisch zu stellen. Dabei ist von Vorteil, dass die Pfanne für alle Herdarten geeignet ist. Ihre Gestaltung ähnelt der einer Paellapfanne – und auch dieses Gericht können Sie selbstverständlich in der Bratpfanne zubereiten und stilecht servieren. Neben Paella lässt sich ohne Probleme auch jedes andere Gericht, das scharfes Anbraten und sanftes Garen benötigt, in der Bratpfanne zubereiten. Dank einer Hitzeleitung bis in den Rand wird das Gargut auch bei größeren Füllmengen in der Pfanne sehr gleichmäßig erwärmt. Überbackene Gerichte wie Gratins sind ebenfalls kein Problem, da die Bratpfanne auch höhere Temperaturen im Ofen verträgt. Herzhafte Gemüsegerichte, zartes Fleisch und fein gegarter Fisch gelingen mit der Bratpfanne von Staub im Handumdrehen.

Majolica enamel expertise

Special majolica enamels: comprising 100% glass

The special technique used to give majolica enamels their color results in uniquely glossy enamel in deep and intense shades.

The three-coat majolica enameling process:
1. Black base coat applied to prepare the rough cast iron, guaranteeing a superior finish by smoothing over small irregularities in the cast surface.
2. Colored enamel coating.
3. Finish coating, a special majolica formula that gives the colors a high gloss and very intense shade with marked contrasts.

 

Table culture in 8 colors

With their fine quality and exquisite enamel finish, Staub products go elegantly from the kitchen to the table. The outer surfaces are given at least two coats of enamel using an innovative technique.
